About Me

Now accepting new clients!

I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health, practicing from an intersectional and inclusive lens, and creating affirming, authentic therapy spaces. My therapeutic approach is eclectic like me. I practice deeply person-centered therapy with aspects of somatic, relational, attachment, cognitive, mindfulness-based, and expressive art therapy as well as other evidenced based practices depending on your needs and goals. I am trained in several trauma processing modalities, including parts-work, Brainspotting, and EMDR. I have experience working with folks who’ve experienced trauma & complex trauma, anxiety & depression, neurodiversity including ADHD & ASD, grief & complicated grief, and life adjustment challenges. I work with youth and adults. I’m especially interested in working with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals as well as folks exploring their gender and sexuality. My clients would describe me as fiercely compassionate, collaborative, and creative. In our work together, you’ll be challenged to let yourself get expansive and even a little weird. As a human, I enjoy making art, spending time with loved ones, practicing mindfulness & magic, and tending to my plants & pets.
